Tropical Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:
3 oz coconut milk
3 oz almond milk
1 banana
1/3 cup fresh blueberries (use frozen if you don't have fresh)
1/3 cup frozen mango
1/3 cup frozen pineapple

Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Note: You may need to add water until you find the right consistency for you. 

Crockpot BBQ Chicken

Crockpot BBQ Chicken

Ingredients:
3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2+ cups chicken stock
salt & pepper to taste
1 cup Tessemae's BBQ sauce

Directions:
1. Place chicken breast in bottom of crockpot.
2. Add chicken stock until breast are covered. 
3. Season with salt & pepper.
4. Cook on high for 4 hours.
5. Remove chicken from crockpot and place in bowl.
6. Utilize two forks to shred chicken & add bbq sauce.
5. Enjoy.

Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 sweet potatos cut into 1" chunks
1-2 tbsp avocado oil
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat oven 425
2. Place sweet potatoes in large bowl.
3. Add avocado oil, salt & pepper. Mix until potatoes are evenly coated.
4. Transfer to roasting pan and roast for 25 minutes. Stir and continue to roast for 20 minutes or until potatoes are browned.
5. Enjoy.
